- Gently fry some chopped garlic in lots of olive oil.
- Add a tin of chopped tomatoes and a pack of chopped spinach. Bring to a boil and then simmer to reduce. Season.
- Empty two packs of gnocchi (about a kilo) into a pyrex dish.
- Pour the sauce on top then grate mozzarella on top
- Bake at 350 until it's done.
